I tried spinning this morning (at 5:30...that's early). I've tried it before but it was over a year ago. I can't say I'm in love, but I think I'll keep doing it because it seems to be a really good workout and it's not horrible. Honestly, I'm hoping it gets better as I figure it out. After all, I've been riding a bike for almost 30 years, I should be able to do it, right?
My run was short and slow. But I did it and I didn't want to. Score one for the blog!
