Week 1: 4
Week 2: 4
Week 3: 5
Week 4: 6
Week 5: 7
Week 6: 8
Week 7: 9
Week 8: 10
Week 9: 7
Week 10: Race!

General Weekly Schedule

Sunday: Long Run
Monday: Cross Train
Tuesday: Run or Turbo Kick (if you haven't tried it you should!)
Wednesday: Cross Train
Thursday: Speed Training or Tempo Run
Friday: Easy Run
Saturday: 3 Easy Miles

(Of course this doesn't usually happen. I do what I can, when I can, but a girl can dream...)
