TRX Training

I finally started bootcamp at Fulcrum Fitness this morning! They use TRX Suspension Training and it kicked my butt (or I kicked my own butt because it's pretty much all about using your own body as a workout). I absolutely loved it! Almost every square inch of my body is already sore, so it's got to be a good workout, right?
