Buddy Run

I was pleasantly surprised to have a friend ask me to run with her this morning. Thank goodness for a late night facebook chat that led to an early 3 miles (it says 2.79 but I think my watch was a bit off in it's calculations). Tomorrow I get to run with my bff (who I haven't seen in over a month) so this is a weekend of fun runs for this mother runner!
