Ducks Win!

Told you they would win!

Kids and I "ran" to the store again today. I found out that I can fit a box of 12 Widmer bottles in the bottom of my stroller (along with some other more kid friendly, healthy groceries...I promise). After my little friends went to bed, I did a Crunch workout from Netflix. My abs could use some extra crunching.

  1. Ugh. I hate doing crunches. Hands down my least favorite--most dragged out exercise. I think it's a combination of the fact they end up being more reps and that they are stressful on your already tired legs.

  2. Push ups are my least fave, but yesterday was game day so I did 192 of them. That was a high scoring game! The Netflix workout I did was mosly standing abs so a little less boring than your standard ab work. Still a 1/2 hour of abs is fairly tiring! ;)
