I have a friend with a sick little girl who has spent much of her Christmas break in the hospital. Please take a minute to send her your thoughts and prayers for Christmas. I thought about them every footfall of my short run today and tonight I'm thankful for three healthy kids (even if they are currently fighting while trying to fall asleep all in one bed on the floor at grandma's house).
